Within 1-2 business days your stable appears in the catalog. If anything is missing from the description, we'll email you.
Questions owners ask
When will my listing appear in the catalog?
Within 1-2 business days of submitting it. Before publishing, we check that the description covers the essentials and that the photos look good in the catalog.
What if something is missing from my listing?
We'll email you what to add or correct, and you can resubmit the listing at no extra cost. If we still can't publish it, we'll refund you.
Can I change the listing later?
Yes, any time. Changes appear in the catalog within 1-2 business days. Until then, visitors see the previous version.
How long does a listing run?
A listing runs for 12 months. As the end approaches, we'll email you a reminder. You can renew the listing from your account.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. You can add your company details when paying, and you'll find the invoice under Payments in your account. For the commission on gift vouchers we issue a separate invoice each month.
How do the plans differ?
On any plan your stable gets its own page in the catalog and appears in search. Partner listings are shown before basic ones. Premium listings come first in the lists and appear on the homepage. You can switch plans when you renew.
How do I get paid for gift vouchers?
When a buyer pays by card, our partner Stripe receives the payment. The commission is deducted, and the rest is paid into your bank account 14 days after the payment. To get paid, you connect a payout account once (it takes about 10 minutes). You don't need a Stripe account beforehand. If you'd rather not use Stripe, buyers can pay by bank transfer straight into your account.
Why does the money take 14 days to arrive?
A buyer can withdraw from an unused voucher within 14 days of paying and get the full amount back. If that happens, we refund them from the money not yet paid out to you, so you never have to pay anything back from your own account.
